- Interpretation and application of collective agreements for School Service Centre staff;
- Local negotiation and grievance;

- Administration of the pension and group insurance plan;
- Administration of the Employee Assistance Program;
- Administration of Worker’s Compensation and Preventative Withdrawals;
- Support to schools, centres and departments regarding human resources management.
